Hi, I'm Jordyn the owner of Jordyn's Petsitting Paradise! I've been a lifelong animal lover and pet owner, growing up in a home full of furry friends thanks to my mom, who fostered animals throughout my childhood. Being surrounded by pets from such a young age taught me how to care for them with love, patience, and responsibility.

Now, I’m turning that lifelong passion into my full-time job through pet sitting. I treat every animal in my care as if they were my own—showered with affection, attention, and the individualized care they need. Whether it’s a walk around the block, playtime, or making sure medications are given properly, I’m here to make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away.

I’m Jordyn’s backup and support when things get especially busy or she’s feeling under the weather. I step in to help with bookings, communication, and occasionally assist with drop-ins and dog walks. I grew up around animals and have always loved being around them—helping care for pets comes naturally to me. For the last 8 months, he’s taken on an even more active role in the business, becoming a steady and trusted presence behind the scenes. Whether it’s giving medication, supporting nervous pets with patience and calm, or helping keep things organized, he brings a thoughtful and reliable energy to every visit. Now, he’s beginning to take on more responsibilities, including helping with social media to share highlights from their daily adventures and showcase the pets they care for.

He’s excited to continue growing with the business and is committed to making every animal feel loved like family.

I currently offer pet sitting part-time and treat every pet I care for like family—making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. Whether it's walks, playtime, or just some good company, I’m here to help your pets feel right at home.

Important Information

Travel Fee

I have a travel fee in place to ensure I can fairly cover my expenses. If you live 5 or more miles away or require services for 5 or more consecutive days, a travel fee will be added to your invoice. This fee is separate to my distance fee. This fee is set and will be charged accordingly. Thank you for understanding!

Amount of Drop-ins required

To make sure your pets are happy and well cared for, I have a minimum visit policy. For dogs, I require at least 3 drop-ins per day, unless your pup meets specific conditions that allow for fewer visits. For cats, I require at least one visit every 48 hours to ensure they’re safe, comfortable, and have everything they need.

Booking

All bookings must be made through Time To Pet. You’re welcome to message me through the app, but I kindly ask that you only use my personal number for emergencies. When booking, please provide your departure and arrival times so I can plan visits accordingly and ensure your pets receive care at the right times.

Time to pet Profiles

Before each service, please fully complete and update your Time To Pet profile. This ensures I have accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s needs. If profiles are incomplete, I will have to cancel the service until all necessary details are provided. Keeping your profile updated helps me give your pets the best possible care!

Flexible pricing

I understand that everyone’s situation is different, and I strive to keep my pricing fair. If you have any concerns about pricing, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m happy to discuss options and see what works best for both of us.

Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes plans change! However, to be fair to my schedule and other clients, I have a cancellation policy in place:

  • 7 days’ notice: 20% of the invoice is due.

  • 4 days’ notice: 50% of the invoice is due.

  • 2 day’s notice or less: Full invoice is due.

Automatic Charges

To keep things simple, if your invoice becomes past due by 2 days, Time To Pet will automatically charge your card on file. If you have any concerns about payments, please reach out before your invoice is overdue.

Deposits

For longer trips (4 or more days), I require 50% of the invoice due on the first day of the services and 50% due on the last day of the services

Communication

Communication is key to making sure everything runs smoothly! Please make sure you have downloaded the Time To Pet app, as this is how I will communicate with you. I kindly ask that you only use my personal number for emergencies. If your plans change or you no longer need my services, I’d really appreciate a heads-up so I can adjust my schedule.

Early Arrival or Late Departure

If the client returns early or departs later than originally scheduled, the full fee still applies to maintain fairness in scheduling.

Payments

All payments are to be made through the time to pet portal by the last day of services or time to pet will automatically charge the card on file after 2 days past due

Emergency Contact

Please include an emergency contact on your account that will be able to help or be available in cases of emergency where we can not make it to your home (hazardous road conditions, etc.)

Time to Pet App

Please ensure that the time to pet app is downloaded to receive all communication from Jordyn's Petsitting Paradise, schedule and to make payments.

Staff

While I am the primary sitter for all pet care services, I do have two trusted staff members available to assist when I am fully booked, under the weather, or taking time off. Each team member is carefully trained to meet the same standards of care, compassion, and reliability that my clients expect. If a staff member will be helping with your visits, I’ll let you know in advance and make sure you're comfortable with the arrangement.

Overnights

While I have offered overnight stays in the past, my business now primarily focuses on drop-in visits to best serve more clients and their pets throughout the day. As a result, I am no longer accepting new client requests for overnight care going forward.

Current overnight clients will continue to be supported as previously arranged.
